If it is Wednesday then it must be reveal day for Challenge 41 at Papercraft Star! This week we're challenging you to an Easter creation using this color palette - Since I didn't have anything as bright as these colors, I used some fun, spring papers in more subtle shades of these colors. What's the fun of a challenge if you can't make it your own, right? :) I used my favorite easter set, Waltzingmouse Spring Baskets for the basket, egg, and bow images and the blessings sentiment.
I paper pieced the eggs and the bow and colored the basket with my Copics. I finished the label with some little pink pearls and distressed the layer of egg paper. I am looking forward to seeing what you all come up with for this challenge!
I know last week's challenge was tough but color challenges are usually a bit easier. Join up by Sunday and you could be a winner!
Supplies: Stamps - Spring Baskets (WMS), DP - Dear Lizzy Spring Collection (American Crafts), Card Stock - Select White (PTI), Ink - Basic Black (SU!), Pearls (Oriental Trading Co.), Copic Markers, Distressing Tool (Making Memories)
