There is a fun little contest going on over on the Waltzingmouse Stamps blog challenging everyone to CASE a card made by one of the design team members as part of the Spellbinders party last weekend! There are prizes to be had and time left to play so head on over!
I chose to case this card made by Laurie but had to use Labels 4 because I don't have the same label set that Laurie used (yet...) :). I tried to keep the same palette - pinks and creams with a rose patterned paper in the background. I finished the card with some shabby ribbon topped with a vintage button.
Supplies: Stamps - Very Vintage Labels 4, Asian Gardens (WMS), DP (K&Co), Cardstock - Select Cream (PTI), Twine (PTI), Ink - Berry Sorbet (PTI), Certainly Celery (SU!), Edge Punch (SU!), Ribbon (Etsy), Vintage Button (eBay), Foam Squares

Beautiful Jen, the paper is so pretty, and love the seam binding, beautiful colour combo too.
ReplyDeleteHi Jen,
ReplyDeleteThis card is lovely! Beautiful paper, it does really not need more than this! And this label is so wonderful as well! But can imagine that the other label will also be on the wishlist, hi hi!
Hugs, Wendy

ReplyDeleteWow, this is so pretty. I adore the paper you've used. It looks so fabric-like. The seam binding and your offset label work a charm. So lovely.
