Hello friends! Today I've got a project I made for this week's Sisterhood Sunday challenge from Rubbernecker Stamps based on this sketch -
Okay, so my project is loosely based on the sketch but you can see it, right? :) I was going to make a shaped card but that didn't turn out the way I wanted it to and then the card I made was born. Heck, you never know where inspiration will come from - even from the recycle bin!
I started off with a base of pale blue cardstock and then layered a couple of patterned papers and some coordinating die cuts. I finished the card with this adorable lamb and sentiment from Rubbernecker stamps. I colored the lamb's ears with a Copic marker and then made the "wool" from some mica flakes.
Thanks for stopping by and I sure hope you have a chance to play along - winners get to choose the Rubbernecker stamp of their choice! Head on over to the blog for more details and to see wonderful creations by other DT members!
Supplies - Stamps (RN), DP'/Die Cuts (My Little Shoebox), Twine (Divine Twine), Ink - Basic Black (SU!), Mica Flakes (my stash), Cardstock - Soft Sky, Whisper White (SU!), Copic Marker
