I am so happy to share this project today that I made for the Embellish Magazine color challenge! Embellish challenges are fun because they require use of specific colors as well as another challenge like using felt or rick rack or... This time we had to embellish a bag using these colors:
This challenge worked out perfectly because I had just purchased some adorable little bags from It's in the Bag for holiday decorating and the package came in the mail the day before I saw this challenge! Kismet? I think so!When I saw the pink/grey, I immediately thought of snowflakes and an awesome Verve set I got last year. I embossed the snowflakes using silver embossing powder, cut them out and popped them off the bag, finishing them off with coordinating rhinestones. The bottom of the bag was trimmed with some fun silver tinsel.
