For my first project, I used Two-Step Flower to create this airy birthday card (shhhhh, don't tell anyone there may be a quick peek of one of tomorrow's sets in there, too...) I started off with a white panel which I stamped with the large leaves image from the set and then stamped the flowers onto another sheet of white cardstock, cut them out, and layered them on top. I just love all of the floral elements in this set - you can just build and build!
This second card uses the sprig from Simple Sprig (there are some gorgeous rose images in that set as well and I'm sure you will see those on the other DT blogs) and the layered flowers from Funky Flowers. I stamped and cut out the sprig and the flowers and then layered the flowers using foam tape for some dimension. I tucked the flowers behind a little paper frame and finished the card with some fun trim and some buttons. Thanks so much for visiting today and here are links to the other DT members showcasing projects today -

ReplyDeleteBeautiful spring-like cards, Jen.Soft and pretty. I would love to know what the yellow and pink inks were. Been looking for those colours.
