Hello friends! Today I have a fun card to share with you that I made for this week's new challenge at The Play Date Cafe! I just love the neutrals this week and can't wait to see what you create with them!
I've just started to realize that I'm making a lot of thank you cards lately and that is a good thing because with my birthday that just passed and a wonderful baby shower that my friends and sister are throwing me this coming weekend, I'm going to need a lot of them! Thankfully I do have a stash of some gorgeous letterpress cards that I'll use in a pinch - the last thing I need right now is more on the ole' to-do list! :)
For this card, I started off with a linen card base in butter and added some kraft chevron paper as a background. I layered some crochet trim and a journaling card on top and finished the card with a stamped label.
Thanks for visiting today and I'm looking forward to visiting your blogs to see what you made for this week's challenge!
Supplies: Stamps (WMS), Cardstock - Buff Ivory (The Kraft Outlet), Confetti (SU!), Journaling Card/Spot (Elle's Studio), Crochet Trim (my stash), Twine (PTI), Ink - Crumb Cake, Basic Black (SU!)
Fun design and love the lace !
