Pure Christmas Spirit

Hi friends, and welcome to another fun week at Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge! This week we have this great sketch courtesy of DT member Kelly - I used my wonderful new Christmas sets - Nordic Winter and Seasonal Remedies along with some old favorites to make this card. I stamped the background with that wonderful, sweater'y background and added the remedies tag tied to some thick ribbon. I finished the tie with some silver twine and jingle bells. To finish the card I stamped one candy cane from Sewing Box Christmas onto some white felt and another on some red felt and then cut them out and pieced them together so they were striped! I had a lot of fun making those little candy canes and have been looking for a place to use them!

I hope you can play along with us this week! Remember to link up by next Friday morning for a chance at being chosen Top Mouse and also one random participant will win their very own stamp set! Fun!!

  2. Yep!! Your background with the Nordic Winter is really pretty! It truly does have that 'sweater-feel'! I like that a lot!! Love the gorgeous wide ribbon and those bells are fun!! I've been thinking about using bells, would make the mailman a bit happy as well, don't you think? hi hi!
Wishing you two a wonderful Sunday!
