Hello friends! Today is another fabby sketch challenge at Waltzingmouse and I'm happy to share a card I made with this sketch from Belinda! I love its simple elegance and flexibility -
Before I go any further, have you seen the amazing July release?! Claire outdid herself (though I say that every release...) this time and you'll find lovely stamps for weddings and the prettiest cameos I ever did see. Head over to her blog to take a look!
I love the clean and simple design of this sketch and chose to use my Festive Foliage set for a jump at some Christmas card ideas. I stamped both stamps in forest green then stamped the cones in brown, cut them out, and adhered them above the needles adding a little red bow to coordinate with the sentiment. I love how simple the design is and the "peace" sentiment is perfect!
Supplies: Stamps - Festive Foliage (WMS), Cardstock - Vintage Cream (PTI), Ribbon (memriemare), Ink - Forest Foliage, Chocolate Chip, Ridinghood Red (SU!), Foam Squares
a beautiful clean card and the touch of the bow just makes it perfect for the fall and winter months
ReplyDeleteThese pine boughs are one of my fav sets Jen - look how cleanly they stamp! love this pretty holiday card with the punch of the red ribbon!

ReplyDeletebeautiful card, cute blog! I love the font you used, it would go great with my "bungalow" arts/crafts style. I am so glad I found your blog thru the comments on my PaperCrafts Mag blog hop. Congrats on your design team gig at the Kraft Outlet. I am so excited to have found that site, thru your blog. As you could tell from my card I LOVE all the things KRAFT. I can't wait to go do some shopping!
