Welcome to the July waltz!! It is an honor to participate in another exquisite showcase of the fabby creations everyone has come up with using Waltzingmouse Stamps!! If you've stumbled here by accident, head over to Claire's Blog (our head Moustress) to get started...
The theme this month is summer and we are to use blues and greens in any hue we choose! I knew immediately that I wanted to use Rescue Remedies to make a card for my wonderful friend, Beth. This sentiment has rung so true this past week for me and I treasure her friendship more than ever.
I found some great glittery papers in a DCWV stack, used a couple of punches, some glitter pens, and some pearls for the centers of the flowers. The only thing I'm not totally in love with is the thing that really wanted to be a bow when it grew up. My excuse - thick grosgrain ribbon is hard to tie in a pretty bow! ;)
Supplies: Stamps - Rescue Remedies (WMS), Cardstock - Certainly Celery, Whisper White (SU!), DP - Linen Closet (DCWV), Punches - Lace Scallop (SU!), Large Scallop (EK Success), Ink - Certainly Celery, Night of Navy (SU!), Aqua Mist (PTI), Ribbon (SU!), Pearls (Hero Arts)
