Here is a card I made for this week's Mojo Monday challenge! What a fun sketch we had to follow -
I recently dug out my Honey Pie paper pad and kept it out for this card, too! I love the springy feel to the papers and the stitching motifs are so pretty! I stamped the sentiment and the flowers from Because of You and added some paper pieced flowers for some more color. The card is finished off with two types of velvet ribbons - pink rickrack and pink crochet. I used my nesties to cut out two scalloped circles and scored one to make a hinge on the back. I prefer this method over cutting a piece of folded card stock because I like the scallops to go all the way 'round. And, to celebrate the tiny bit of spring that is in the air, I chose these delightful papers from Cosmo Cricket and a pale pink ribbon.

You may have seen over the past few weeks how much I love to paper piece and this card is another one of my favorites! Any outline image stamp is perfect for this technique and all it takes is a bit of patience to cut out what you want to piece! I highly recommend giving piecing a try - I'm sure you'll
