Obey All the Rules...

Hello friends!  Today is the first Sunday of the month and that means it is time for a new challenge at Rubbernecker Stamps!  Head over to The Stampin' Sisterhood blog for all of the details and check out this inspiration photo!  Is this summery or what?!  :)
I love the colors in this photo and decided on a card base of orange using yellow and green patterned papers for the background and the cute little jalopies.  I finished the card with a tag stamped with the wonderful quote from Katharine Hepburn tied with the three colors in baker's twine!
